Ontario water reources act s98(2)

Hello, recently a ministry of enviroment officer came to my work and gave me a summons. The officer said that in 2018 I gave misleading information when I reported a spill at my work under the ontario water resources act. I cant sleep at night, I am constantly worried. Can I know what kind of fines I am looking at?
