Fake accusation

Was detained for uttering a death threat at work that was completely false. Obviously there was no charges, as I was found with no fire arms. The cops treated me like I was a criminal...The sent me to the psych ward. I was so confused because I had done NOTHING and I made no death threat. My work is harassing me on purpose, taking it this far. Did the cops have the right to come and arrest me with no evidence? This entire situation has traumatized me, I am now seeing a doctor for anxiety and I am on stress leave...Please help. Thank you!!

Hello,

That sounds like defamation and you would need to speak to a defamation lawyer.
