School lockers

Hello, I am a high school student in Toronto. I was wondering if schools are allowed to search people's lockers without their consent. If yes, do they need reasonable suspicion? Can the school break a lock (that is not school property) without their consent? If yes, do they need reasonable suspicion? Can a school open a student's lock without consent? Could you also tell me where in the law it says your answers (for example: Article 1, Part 2, Subsection 3)?
