Wrongfully dismissed without just cause within probationary period. I was proving to be a valuable asset and had received accolades from both the client and my Business Sales Executive - I had exceeded expectations and went above and beyond. Was dismissed without just cause and that I was not a "fit" with the organization. The HR lady that I spoke with confirmed that it was the Business Sales Executive that made a complaint. I was terminated 3.5 hours into my shift after I had a meeting with our major client. I am having trouble finding information on whether I have a case based on signing a probationary-period agreement. Do I have any discourse?
