Can i leave my parents house at 17

I was wondering if it's legal to leave my parents house to live on my own with my borther. I'm currently 16 but turning 17 very soon. I'm only planning at leaving at 17. But will I need to go to court for approval, or do I need my parents approval, is it legal to leave at 17? Thanks.

You should speak to your parents about your reasons to live the family at an early age. Incase, you are not comfortable speaking to your parents, you can speak to your school counselor.
