6 days ago we purchased a car thru a private seller. Took to the shop for oil change today. I also found out that there is a large list of repairs that need to be done to car. Prev. owner lied about basically everything about the car ie: year, kms, owners, previous repairs done. We have not switched the car into our name yet (legally we have 10 days to do so). Which means the car is still in prev. owners name still. ( we have the title of car ). We paid $7500 for this car. :( My question is: Is there anything that we can do legally to get our money back/sue/make them pay for repairs needed....
