After seperation what is a wife intitled to any money from businesses that were in the works.

If a couple is separating and the husband is involved in putting together a business and it could potentially be very successful. Nothing has been signed yet regarding the business if the spouse moves out of the house and the business is signed during separation would the wife be intitled to any profits from that business.

No is is not, however, if she is mentioned as a partner to the business or if she contributed funds to the business, she will be entitled civilly to the profits of the business.
