Credit fraud

My bussiness partners(not me) went to a bank with which we have our bussiness account. They talked to the rep at bank.she did hard Check on my credit file without my consent and opened a $6000 credit account on my name. My partner signed all the paperwork for that credit card on my name. All this was happening in the front of bank rep. then at same time, bank rep called me and asked to put my name on the credit card. I said, no you can not. She said, she only need my name to print on the Credit card as it is compulsory to have someones name printed on the card. Then, i said yes. At the end or our conversation, i clearly told her to not to put this credit card on my name. As it will be used for company expenses. Now after 6 months, when all the credit has been used from that card i am getting the calls to pay the bills(approx 5 calls a day). I called the bank and they said credit card is on my name now.So, if i will not make a payment my credit score will be effected and i m not sure my credit score is already harmed by late payments on last six months I am not sure what to do now. I was already enough stressed in my life. Now, this thing is killing me. Can i sue bank or rep for emotional stess and fraud? Want no harm to partners
