What will happen if a remove a minor from a sponsorship application

i submit a sponsorship application for my husband with his two daughters and they rejected it but at the same time one of his daughters charged me with assault with a weapon. i have court in march. today i received a letter from the government to reapply for my husband and his two kids. my question is, what happens if i take her out of the application or if i keep her there

It is your choice to include or exclude your spouse's dependent daughter from the application. If you exclude her from the application and she is mentioned in the application of your husband as "unaccompanied child", she will not receive a permanent residence in Canada, however still be required to undergo medical examination. 

You mentioned that you have a day in court in March and it seems therefore that you have unresolved criminal charges. I might advise you at this time to postpone submitting a sponsorship application.
