my late husband was executor of my father-in-law's will, My sister-in-law has power of attorney for everything and is on his bank accounts which is all he has, He is in a home and is 97 and ill and his lawyer will not return her calls can she still make arrangements for the funeral when the time comes or does she need to have the lawyer do some ( she is the only immediate family left)
