International ebay seller file police report against me

I’m from Montreal, Quebec and bought an item off eBay from an international seller for about $130. The item never arrived and I was later refunded for it. Two months after that, the seller claim that his postal service certified that the item was delivered. As I was not home to receive it that day and no one signed for it, I can only imagine that it had been stolen from my mailbox. Now the seller is threatening to file a report against me with the Montreal police. So my question is how likely would the police charge me with this case?
