Need advice for copyright issue

Hi,I sell online courses to Accountants and I received a legal letter from Canada Accounting Association about some copyright issue. Two main claims as follow: 1) My domain name includes their legal name.I think this claim is ridiculous. There are many domains out there contain their legal name. For example: www.applecpd.com (Apple sue me for having apple in my domain) 2) My course topics contain some of their form names. I could remove this if required. Also, my company is registered in Hong Kong. Could they still sue me? Thanks,Henry
