I'm not paying my rent cause our landlord is not fixing anything around our house. What is my next move to do?

No matter what the circumstances are, you should not be withholding rent. You can apply to the Landlord and Tenant Board for issues regarding repairs, however, rent should and must be paid accordingly till a hearing is held.

Feel free to get in touch if there are any specifics that you would like to discuss. Our practice areas include criminal, human rights laws and landlord and tenant board issues. You can call and text me at 647-360-7182.
