Landlord affair with fiance, looking to take over lease, if his actions are considered legal

found fiance and building manager having an affair. on the lease is her, myself and my baby girl. looking to take over the lease to just my name she has vacated the property. next steps and wondering if that is legal for a landlord to commit that act

This can be somewhat complicated. You may have to clarify a number of things first. Tenant and and landlord law differs depending on where you are. As a tenant trying to evict another tenant, you need to go over your lease agreement with your landlord. I would suggest you look for legal advice with regards to this matter, to go over the details of your lease agreement and discuss your option.
