I work in a hostile (not violent) environment. In particular, this hostility comes from one person. Her attitude and treatment of employees has been elevated to management in both companies. (company were bought out). Nothing has ever been done about her. It all came to a head last week when she again mistreated 2 employees and they both walked out ( my wife being one of these employees). She is a 25 year employee who has given her heart and soul to these companies. She will not be returning to this place of employment as long as this person in there. She has been off on stress before because of this woman and her actions. Is there any legal recourse she can pursue? I know this message is a little light on details...if you need a little more, let me know.
