Beneficiary rights

3 questions … a) what is the process for beneficiaries if or when the executor fails to meet the requirements outlined in the will (for example: the will states "house must be for sale within 6 months of my death" and this does not occur) b) how much 'right' to information does the beneficiary have? (for example: the beneficiary requested copy of will, and took 3 years to be provided a copy). Currently the beneficiary is requesting "status update" on estate sale to which nothing has been shared c) other than property sale, is it reasonable to expect an estate to be settled within 1 year? it has been 3 years for one estate (no complex family dynamics, no business, immigration, multiple banking and assets etc.) with no end in sight
