Seizure of property

Six months ago, my lap top was taken during a search warrant. When can I expect it to be returned? There were no charges laid.

Seized property should be returned within 90 days unless (a) a justice determines that further detention is warranted, or (b) proceedings are instituted and the detained thing is required for these proceedings.
