Immigrant evading corporate theft abroad

What kind of lawyer must I resort to in order to press charges against/ sue a permanent resident who is involved in a case of corporate fraud and theft outside of Canada, in his second place of residence. The person in question is attempting to evade prosecution in Dubai by immigrating to Canada. Meanwhile he is liquidating assets and planning to leave for good before he can be reached. It seems unlikely that there is no legal recourse to protect against such an occurrence.I am not sure how to move forward. Criminal Law? Immigration Law? Corporate Law?

The answer will depend on the situation, on whether there are criminal charges brought against the person you mentioned in your question.Generally, you may report that person to the local police and also call "Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada" hotline for reporting suspected fraud or criminal activity.
