My uncle passed away last year and we cannot locate his will. He has told a few people he has one but we cannot find it. My mother is named his next of kin on hospital records and she is also named his beneficiary on his life insurance after he changed it from his son. His friend is named is POA. He has told friends and family he does not want his kids to get any of his estate as they have had no relationship with him in over 30 years one of the kids even changed his last name. my question is will his kids still get his estate? I really need some advice on this
