Permanent resident eligibility

Hi. I am an immigrant in Ontario. I lend my friend 855 $. She agreed to return money before April but is just asking for more time and saying she does not have money but I don't believe. Yesterday I went to her house and repeatedly asked money and told I want money right now as I am in urgent need for money. When I again asked for money she reported to police that I am harassing her. The policeman came and I told him why I went there so he did not shout and even gave me advice to go to small claims as he felt I am he victim. I need to know if this would show up in background check and does it affect my immigration as a permanent resident in Canada. Can you please guide me if this shows up on records? The policeman told me he does not think this would affect immigration

It might show on your criminal record, but only if you apply for certain jobs and it will not negatively affect your immigration status.
