You should sit down with a lawyer and have the lawyer review your disclosure, including the underlying bail conditions you were on.  This area of law can be very technical, and there are various types of "defences" that can be raised that only a lawyer will spot.  For example, in order for the Crown to prove the allegation of a breach, there is a form (document) that the police normally get the accused to sign, called a C.E.A. Notice.  If the notice is defective or is missing information, this may afford you a "technical" defence to the charge.
